Acme designs and builds specialized racks for a variety of plating processes. These racks conform to the various specifications and configurations relative to different plating processes. We are familiar in designing and building racks for Platinum, Diffused Aluminide, Copper, Silver, Cadmium, and Chrome Plate applications.

To complement racking requirements, Acme can also design, build, and integrate custom molded masks and specialty fixturing to secure and orientate components to optimize overall process control.

The combination of specialized racks, masks, and fixtures can minimize nonproductive setup time. An innovative design process allows these fixtures to be updated or repaired without having to replace the entire unit (ie anodes, hangers, replacement masks, etc).
